So learn how to survive on the ground against a larger, stronger attacker and how to use leverage and technique to overcome size and strength to survive any real street attack. BJJ teaches you how to effectively control your opponent on the ground and finish the fight with submission techniques eg. Choke to unconciousness, joint lock dislocations. Muay-Thai: "The striking art of the 8 deadly limbs", learn how to effectively strike using hands, elbows, feet & knees. This class focuses on proper basics, footwork & striking technique using shadowboxing, padwork, sparring and conditioning drills. Kids (MMA) Mixed Martial Arts: Our "Little Ninja's Club" is an Anti-Bully/ Bully Buster Program teaches a grappling based minimal-striking self defence system effective for kids to defend against a bigger stronger attacker and use leverage and technique to overcome size. Also aimed at improving your childs confidence, focus and discipline, fitness, health & well-being in a fun learning enviroment. Teenage MMA/BJJ: Our "Future Blackbelts" Teenage MMA Program combines a mix of stand-up striking, clinching, grappling takedowns & submission ground fighting skills from the most effective fighting systems (MMA) Mixed Martial Arts and (BJJ) Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.This class aims to achieve a level of Blackbelt skill! Blackbelt Confidence! and Blackbelt discipline! that will give young adults the edge needed to survive todays modern world.
